01How do I choose a Superfeet insole size?
The heel cup must match your heel before the front is trimmed. If the heel sits poorly, changing only the trim length will not create the intended fit.
02Do Superfeet insoles need to be trimmed?
Most full-length Superfeet insoles are trim-to-fit. Use the original removable liner as the template and leave a small clearance at the toe so the insole lies flat rather than curling inside the shoe.
03Will Superfeet fit every shoe?
No single profile suits every foot or shoe. Heel shape, arch position and available internal volume all need to be compatible, which is why an in-store comparison is useful.
